Orchard Brae
June 5, 2008I thought I should proparly tell you all more about the neighbourhood. It has alot of things to do and it has some big houses that I will hopefully move my familys in once they are ready and have alot more money.
Community Lots
Chill Zone – The Chill Zone is just one big party basically, it has a dance floor, bars, restaurant, toilets, you can buy clothes, 3 plasma TV’s, 2 Computers, Toilet and a Swimming Pool.
Pet Accessories – Pepe’s Pets, Pet Store and Pet Park.
Art Gallery – The Art gallery is were the more creative sims visit. It has sculptures, painting and many plants.
International Restaurant – The International Restaurant is a very succesfull restaurant. It is owned by the Maxwell’s who have a great background of cooking.
The Mall – The Mall is a place were people can hang out and have fun. This is used mostly to meet new people and buy clothes.
Simolean Arcade – The simolean arcade is a big electronic building with computers, TV’s and a bbq everyday!

I built the Orchard Mansion myself so I can move a family into the home. It costs around $85,000
